You can use your card at all POS terminals that accept Mastercard payments, as well as for online purchases up to the amount of the charged funds, unless you have received additional instructions. The amount from the card cannot be withdrawn from an ATM.
To make the most of its capabilities, we have created the web portal myedenred.bg, in which you will easily and quickly have access to all the functions for managing your card.
Important! Only chip card users will be able to use the new portal. Holders of magnetic stripe cards will continue to use their cards, but not the card portal, and they will be able to make inquiries on the cards only on tel. 0700 1 33 36 every working day from 9:00 to 18:00.
CREATING A PROFILE AND ACTIVATING A CARD
Before using the card for the first time, you need to activate it.
Go to myedenred.bg, create an account and add a card. Follow the steps below. It's easy!

Create a new account by entering your email and password. Enter your personal information and confirm your account by email.
1. Add your card to the profile by entering its serial number (located on the back) and the last 4 digits of the card number printed on the front.
2. Enter the activation code.
3. Enter the PIN code with which you will use your card.
Ready! The card is already ACTIVE and can be used.
You can add each subsequent card to the already created profile.
